Letting Go Into The Universe: A Fall Zen Yoga and Meditation Retreat


Join us for a weekend of Zen activities centered around letting go. The fall season leading up to the winter solstice is a wonderful time for allowing your internal leaves to fall away. We do the same thing that nature does. We’ll spend time working with tried and tested Zen practices that help you to do this including: Zen meditation, Zen yoga practice, inner energy cultivation, fostering balance within your inner organ community, Zen Jin Shin, and time spent outside.

This retreat will help you to align in a clear and healthy way with the seasons and set you up for a nourishing winter!

Dates: Friday, December 16 (7pm) – Sunday, December 18th (lunch)

7-9pm: opening, Zen yoga for the fall and meditation

(breakfast at home)
8am: meditation
9am: fostering unity practice
9:30am: Zen yoga for the winter time
11:30am: meditation
12:30-4pm: lunch (on your own), hiking, rest
4pm: Zen Jin Shin for the winter time
5:30pm: meditation
6pm: dinner (on your own)
7-9pm: reido and meditation

(breakfast at home)
8am: meditation
9am: fostering unity/Zen yoga
10:30am: closing/integration
11:30-noon: clean-up
