Zen Jin Shin means “meditation through compassionate awareness” and is an energy practice that releases tension/blockages in the meridians of the body, harmonizing their flow. We'll be focusing on the large intestine energy system, one of the two main organ systems of fall.

Join us for a weekend of Zen practices centered around letting go. The fall season leading up to the winter solstice is a wonderful time for allowing your internal leaves to fall away.
