Join us for a weekend of Zen activities centered around letting go. The fall season leading up to the winter solstice is a wonderful time for allowing your internal leaves to fall away. We do the same thing that nature does. We’ll spend time working with tried and tested Zen practices that help you to do this including: meditation, Zen yoga practice, inner energy cultivation, fostering balance within your inner organ community, Zen Jin Shin, and time spent outside.
