Spring is traditionally seen as a time of new beginnings and offers us a wonderful chance to re-align with who we really are and to develop greater health and success in our relationships, jobs, and spiritual practice. There are many specific practices within the Zen tradition that help this process along.
This retreat will deeply nourish and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.

Julie Wolfgram has been a Eugene resident since 2001. For over 20 years she has served in a variety of health care settings including surgery, massage therapy, birth assistant, and hospice volunteer. Now a Zen Yoga and Meditation & Mindfulness instructor, she enjoys making these simple and effective practices accessible to everyone.
Danni Frans has been a registered yoga teacher since 2013 and is currently a student meditation and mindfulness teacher. She has a sincere wish to share practices she’s found to be grounding and supportive in navigating the challenges and joys of everyday life.
