Join us for a weekend of Zen activities centered around nourishing your core and roots. The winter is the most inward time of the year, and potentially one of great nourishment. It's associated with hibernation, conserving, and storing.
We’ll spend time working with practices that help you to do this energetically. This can effectively set you up for a strong, grounded, energized year ahead.
