This 6-week Zen and mindfulness course is focused specifically on improving your overall health and well-being. We'll be covering simple and effective techniques from the Zen tradition that improve concentration, help you deal with stress, pain, and difficult emotions, and boost your overall health, energy, and vitality. This course is geared towards anyone interested in an introduction to Zen and mindfulness practice, and/or anyone looking for a way of working with some of the things mentioned above.

This 5-week Zen and mindfulness course is focused specifically on bringing kindness and compassion into your meditation practice and life. These techniques are drawn from the Zen tradition and geared towards helping you to develop a kind, open heart, both towards yourself and others.

Dates: Friday, May 17 - Sunday, June 2, 2024. 2 intensive weeks in May-June.

Location: Big Bear Retreat Center in Walton, Oregon

Train to be a professional yoga teacher. This is a 200-hour teacher training registered with the Yoga Alliance. Course limited to 12 students.

Dates: Sunday, August 25 - Sunday, September 1, 2024. At Big Bear Retreat Center in Walton, Oregon. Residential. Course limited to 12 students.

Our Zenways meditation and mindfulness teacher training is unique. Being firmly rooted in the Rinzai Zen tradition, it has a long and distinguished history of teaching meditation for boosting physical and mental health, as well as for grounding, insight, and self-understanding. This 100 hour teacher training is certified through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).

This 6-week mindfulness course is focused on helping you become more grounded and centered in your life and on guiding you into looking deeply at who you really are. We’ll be covering a variety of Zen practices excellent for increasing energy and vitality, as well as for strengthening overall resiliency.
