Zen Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training

Place: In-person at Big Bear Retreat Center in Walton, Oregon (40 minutes west of Eugene).

Lodging: Shared yurts, shared cabins, RV parking (w/o hook-ups), single sleeping huts, and plenty of camping spaces in the woods.

Tuition: $1950 plus $665 ($95x7nights) to cover your stay (camping or lodging), facility fee and 3 delicious vegetarian meals per day, plus tea/coffee and snacks. Secure your spot with a $150 deposit (non-refundable) and pay the balance by August 1st. Monthly auto-pay plans granted on an individual basis.

100 hour meditation/mindfulness teacher certification (module 1:1)

Our Zen meditation and mindfulness teacher training is unique. Being firmly rooted in the Rinzai Zen tradition, it has a long and distinguished history of teaching meditation for boosting physical and mental health, as well as for grounding, insight, and self-understanding.
